ApexGoods Billing Terms & Conditions outline payment expectations, processing details, billing accuracy, and dispute procedures for all orders placed through our Shopify store.

Billing Overview

All purchases from ApexGoods are billed in USD at the time of order placement. The final amount includes:

• Product prices

• Selected shipping charges

• Applicable sales tax, VAT, or duties (calculated by shipping address)

• Discounts or promotions applied

Your order confirmation email serves as your official receipt containing the complete billing breakdown.

Accurate Billing Information Required

You agree to provide:

• Current, complete, and accurate billing details matching your payment method

• Valid payment method (credit/debit card, digital wallet, PayPal)

• Up-to-date contact information for billing inquiries

ApexGoods reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders with incomplete, inaccurate, or suspicious billing information.

Payment Authorization

By placing an order:

1. You authorize ApexGoods (through Shopify Payments or selected processors) to charge your payment method the total amount shown at checkout

2. You confirm the billing address matches your payment method records

3. You accept responsibility for all charges, including taxes and shipping

Payment is processed immediately. No orders ship until payment clears successfully.

Billing Disputes & Failed Payments

Declined payments result in automatic order cancellation. Common causes:

• Insufficient funds

• Expired or invalid card details

• Address Verification System (AVS) mismatch

• Fraud prevention flags

Retry attempts may occur automatically for subscriptions (24-hour intervals). Contact us to resolve persistent payment issues.

Price Changes & Errors

• Prices displayed are current at checkout time

• Typographical errors in pricing may be corrected before shipment with notification

• Promotions expire per stated terms; advertised pricing doesn't constitute a binding offer

ApexGoods reserves the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or cancel orders due to pricing errors without liability.

Taxes & Additional Fees

• Sales tax/VAT calculated automatically based on shipping destination

• International orders may incur customs duties payable upon delivery

• Currency conversion fees charged by your bank/card issuer (not controlled by ApexGoods)

All taxes and fees display clearly before final checkout.

Subscription Billing (If Applicable)

For recurring products:

• First charge occurs at signup

• Renewals bill automatically per schedule (weekly/monthly/etc.)

• Cancellation available anytime through customer account

• Prorated refunds may apply for mid-cycle cancellations

Refunds & Credits

Refund processing follows our Return Policy:

• Eligible returns receive credit to original payment method

• Processing time: 5-10 business days after inspection

• Shipping fees generally non-refundable (except our error)

Partial refunds may apply for damaged shipments or order adjustments.

Billing Address Verification

High-risk orders undergo Address Verification Service (AVS) checks. Mismatched addresses may:

• Trigger payment declines

• Require additional verification

• Delay order processing

Fraud Prevention

• Multiple orders same card different addresses

Suspicious activity leads to:

• Order cancellation

• Account suspension

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks for valid purchases may result in:

• Account termination

• Collection of processing fees ($25+ per chargeback)

Governing Law
