Orders & Checkout

How long does order processing take?
Orders process within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions use 256-bit SSL encryption.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Requests before processing (1-2 business days) may be accommodated. Email Contact@Apeexgoods.shop with your order number immediately.

Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?
Currently not available. Add a personal note via the gift recipient's email after purchase.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
Domestic: All US addresses. International: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia + 233 countries (options at checkout).

How long does shipping take?
Domestic: Economy 5-8 days, Standard 3-4 days. International: Express 1-5 days. Times exclude processing.

What are your shipping rates?
Domestic Economy: Free (select orders), $4.90 (0-5lb), $19.90 (5-70lb). Standard: $6.90-$9.90. Exact rates at checkout.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
PO Boxes accepted for USPS. Military (APO/FPO) addresses welcome—select appropriate at checkout.

When will I receive tracking?
Shipping confirmation email includes tracking (when available). Check spam folder if delayed.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Free return shipping. No restocking fees. Items must be unused with tags.

How do I start a return?
Email Contact@Apeexgoods.shop with order number and reason. Receive prepaid label and instructions.

When will I get my refund?
5-10 business days after we receive/inspect return. Original payment method credited.

What about damaged or wrong items?
Contact within 30 days with photos. Free replacement or full refund including shipping.

Products & Inventory

Are products in stock?
Real-time inventory shown. "Add to cart" = available. Out-of-stock items removed until restocked.

What if the color/size differs from photos?
Monitor settings vary. Review size charts. Exchanges available within 30 days.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! Email Contact@Apeexgoods.shop with business details for application and catalog.

Payments & Security

Is checkout secure?
Yes—PCI Level 1 compliant with SSL encryption, AVS, CVV checks, and fraud monitoring.

Why was my payment declined?
Insufficient funds, AVS mismatch, expired card, or fraud flags. Try different method or contact your bank.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes, based on shipping address. International duties collected at checkout or delivery.

Account & Privacy

How do I create/track account?
Create at checkout or "My Account." Track orders, manage addresses, view history.

What is your privacy policy?
See Privacy Policy. We never sell data. SSL encrypts all personal information.

Can I change my email/password?
Yes, through My Account > Profile. Contact support if locked out.

International Orders

Do international customers pay duties?
Duties/taxes collected at checkout (when available) or by customs on delivery.

What carriers ship internationally?
DHL Express, USPS (options at checkout). Free express available select countries.

How long for international delivery?
1-5 business days express (post-processing). Customs may add delays.
